Through Wellness Prose, LLC, I help small businesses, entrepreneurs, and other professionals spread their message of wellness and grow their businesses by writing their social media content, blog posts, website copy and more.
A little about me...
I became particularly interested in the topic of wellness as I was going through my own healing journey after leaving a toxic and abusive relationship. I worked with therapists and coaches, and did an extensive amount of research about holistic wellness--incorporating body, mind and spirit.
